Thank you for visiting and shopping at artplakhotnyk.com. We take extreme care in creating, packaging, and dispatching all original artworks, fine art prints, and inspired merchandise created by Nataliia Plakhotnyk.

Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

Because our store offers distinct types of art and products, processing times vary depending on the item purchased:

Original Artworks: Each original piece is carefully inspected, packed in protective materials, and shipped directly from our UK studio. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days prior to dispatch. Original artworks include a signed Certificate of Authenticity.
Fine Art Prints & Merchandise: Selected prints and merchandise items are made-to-order or print-on-demand to maintain high quality and eliminate stock waste. Production time typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.

Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or UK bank holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders or custom requests, dispatch may be slightly delayed.

2. Delivery Estimates & Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

United Kingdom (Domestic)

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail / Courier): 2–4 business days
Express / Insured Shipping: 1–2 business days

Europe

Standard / Tracked International: 4–8 business days

Rest of the World (USA, Canada, Australia, Worldwide)

Standard / Tracked International: 6–14 business days

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking link will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom, please note:

International packages may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches its border.
artplakhotnyk.com is not responsible for any customs duties or import fees applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

5. Packaging & Care

We pride ourselves on securing every piece so it arrives in flawless condition:

Flat Original Art / Framed Works: Packaged with glassine/archival protective paper, corner protectors, and sturdy multi-layer cardboard casing or wooden crates.
Unframed Fine Art Prints: Rolled carefully in acid-free tissue paper and shipped in heavy-duty mailing tubes or rigid board-backed envelopes.
Merchandise: Shipped in eco-friendly protective packaging suited to the specific product type.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders

All original artworks and valuable shipments are sent via tracked and insured services.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please inspect the box immediately and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all original packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged artwork so we can file a carrier claim or arrange a replacement/repair.
Lost Packages: If your tracking details indicate delivery but you have not received it, or if your tracking stops updating, please reach out to us at [Your Contact Email] so we can investigate with the carrier.
