What deep, unspoken longing stirs inside us when the absolute safety of a warm hearth breaks free from the ground to float among the stars?

"In the sky" is an original, one-of-a-kind surrealist oil painting that masterfully combines the rustic warmth of a log cabin with a dreamlike, cosmic journey through the starry night sky. This panoramic artwork acts as a visual fairytale, beautifully exploring the profound themes of home, comfort, and the boundless journeys of our dreams. The composition centres on a charming, warm wooden log cabin drifting peacefully high above a misty forest. Instead of being lifted by a traditional balloon envelope, the cabin is carried into the cosmos by a majestic hot air balloon that seamlessly transforms into a billowing cloud of cosmic dust, shimmering stars, and the radiant light of the Milky Way.

Materials used: oil, canvas, varnish, brushes, palette knife, surrealism original art, fantasy landscape, flying cabin painting.
